Following successful Radio 2 broadcasts and passing a CD audition Cantabile, The Portsmouth High School Senior Chamber Choir, were the guest choir on BBC Radio 4’s ‘Daily Service’ on 3rd & 4th November. 

Each programme was broadcast live on air from Emmanuel Church, Didsbury, Manchester; home of BBC Religion.  The choir were privileged to work with the series’ top team, including the series producer of BBC Radio 3’s Choral Evensong & the former head of BBC Religion. 

Angela Blackwell, Director of Music said "With such experienced and tough producers the girls really had to sing at their absolute best, which they certainly did…with style!  We were all delighted when, after our final broadcast, we were informed that they would be delighted for us to perform again".
