Pupils and staff in the Junior Department never need an    excuse for dressing up and World Book Day on Thursday 5 March enabled everyone to raid their dressing up boxes and discover their inner princesses... or cats... or even pirates!

Prizes were awarded for the best costumes and the Literary Quiz teams from years 7 and 8 came to assembly to read extracts from their favourite books.

Later in the day we tried our own Literary Quizes and Year Six visited the younger girls to help them enjoy their reading books.
