Year 11 pupils from Portsmouth High School were the first to kick of Prom season this year with their Prom held at the Marriot Hotel in Cosham. The girls arrived at the hotel in all manner of vehicles including limousines and vintage cars and wore an amazing collection of dresses and gowns.

The prom is held in May each year just before the girls go on study leave for their GCSEs

Head of Year Pam Brown said; “It was lovely to see the girls in their fantastic outfits, we hold the prom in early May as at this time all their GCSE coursework has been handed in and it is a time for them to relax a little before the start of their examinations.”
