• The nursery, for children aged 3-4 has been buzzing with activity since it opened in September 2005.

• We follow a High Scope approach to children’s learning which recognises the individuality of each child and develops their self-confidence by building on what they can do.

• A whole host of activities such as nature trails, farmyard visits, pancake making, singing, dancing and role play, ensure children are excited and motivated to learn through play.

• Up-to-date facilities such as a secure outdoor play area, state-of-the-art safety surface, designated areas for role play, reading, building and art and craft.

• Full or part time sessions tailored to suit your child.

• Home-visits are offered to encourage strong links from the very start of your child’s education.

• Out of hours care from 8am to 6pm to suit all needs with holiday care available during half terms, Easter and summer holidays.

• Children are eligible to receive government NEG funding from the term after their third birthday.

• A two-course hot meal is available daily for no extra charge.

• Friday afternoons offer a free boogie mites dance session for nursery children.

• Free play sessions are available for your child to experience the nursery.
