At Portsmouth High School we are proud of every individual's success. Our pupils are regularly at the top of the local league tables.

In the summer 2008 public examinations 100% of all candidates gained 5 or more subjects at GCSE grades A* to C with over one third of all students gaining A*/A in all their subjects. 

With a 100% pass rate at A Level, and over a quarter of the year group gaining A grades in three or more A Levels, we believe the icing on the cake for both pupils and parents is our Sixth Form.

Whether it is our own pupils continuing on into the Sixth Form, or pupils joining us from another secondary school, we are confident that our wide range of AS and A Level subjects, small teaching groups and community spirit offer the very best transition from school through to University, training or work.
