Open Days & Events
There is no better way to get a feel for an education at Portsmouth High School than by visiting us in person. We hope you will be able to join us at one of our Open Events throughout the year or you can book a family tour at any time. Whenever you come and visit us, we look forward to welcoming you.
Nursery, Pre-School and Prep Admissions
Most children join us in Nursery, Pre-School or Reception Class. Should spaces be available, we also welcome girls into older year groups.
Senior School Admissions
Most girls join our Senior School in Year 7 (age 11). We offer a Year 7 Experience Day for girls in Year 6 in the October of the year prior to entry. Entrance examinations take place in the January of the year of entry. Should spaces be available, we welcome girls into older year groups and entrance examinations are arranged on a bespoke basis.
Sixth Form Admissions
Every year girls join our Sixth Form from other schools. Entry depends on GCSE results and an interview. Scholarships are available for girls joining our Sixth Form.
