Animal Adventure Trail and Open Morning | Portsmouth High School

Animal Adventure Trail and Open Morning

Animal Adventure Trail and Open Morning on Saturday 6 October from 9.00am to 12.30pm

Start the animal trail at any time where there will be a mixture of fun and challenging animal activities suitable for children from 3 to 11 years. Farm animals will be visiting for the morning and children can enjoy close animal encounters as they go round the trail.

Step inside Portsmouth High Prep School and experience the excitement and sense of curiosity the children have as they explore the world around them.

We encourage intellectual curiosity right from the start and girls enjoy learning through investigation, listening and watching. Throughout the Prep and Pre-School our explorers approach to learning is highly successful and ensures girls use thinking skills that apply across the curriculum and beyond into sport, music and drama.

The Prep and Pre-School are set in wonderful grounds and lessons often move outside where our outdoor classroom is a hub of learning. Our teachers have an unrivalled expertise in teaching girls enabling our pupils to discover their talents and reach their full potential.

The Prep School offers impressive co-curricular and well-being programmes and is an ideal start for preparation for entry into Portsmouth High Senior School ensuring girls have confidence and enthusiasm for the challenges ahead.
