As we look forward to another vibrant and successful year at Portsmouth High Prep School, it is only fitting that we shine a spotlight on the incredible work of our Parent Staff Association (PSA). Their tireless dedication and infectious enthusiasm have brought our school community together through a wide array of events, culminating last year in the much-loved May Fayre.
This year marks a significant transition as we say a heartfelt thank you to Laura Briscoe, who steps down as PSA Chair. Laura’s leadership over the past years has been nothing short of inspirational. Her vision, energy and perseverance have led to many achievements, most notably the realisation of the library project — a two-year fundraising journey that has transformed the room into a vibrant, welcoming space for our pupils to explore, read and learn. Laura, we are deeply grateful for your commitment and the legacy you leave behind.
We are delighted to welcome Charlotte Hember as the new PSA Chair. Charlotte is already a familiar and active presence within the PSA and brings with her a wealth of enthusiasm and fresh ideas. We are confident she will hit the ground running and continue to build on the strong foundations laid by Laura and the team.
To all members of the PSA, past and present, thank you. Your support, creativity and generosity enrich the lives of our pupils and staff every day. We look forward to another exciting year ahead, full of community spirit and shared success.
