A brand new all-weather sports pitch has just been installed at Portsmouth High Prep and Pre-School.
The new all-weather Astroturf, at the rear of the school’s extensive grounds, is yet another asset to the school’s extensive facilities. Pupils will be able to use the new pitch in all weathers, all the year round, in virtually all conditions. It will be used for many different sports and activities including hockey, netball, tennis, cricket, rounders and athletics.
Paul Marshallsay, Headmaster of Portsmouth High Prep School said “The all-weather pitch is a great asset to the school and girls of all ages will have a high quality surface to play on, train, and ultimately improve their sporting prowess. It just one part of a continuing programme of investment we are making as a school as part of the Girls’ Day School Trust”.
