Today I had my perspective of King Henry VIII challenged…

Today I had my perspective of King Henry VIII challenged during the virtual classroom in the ICT suite in our history lesson.

We had our own teacher on a live link with the National Archives and we were shown on the big screen different evidence form the Tudor times that are stored in the fire and bomb proof National Archives in Kew. I could hardly believe the parchments from when he was king had survived for over four hundred years.

I learnt that King Henry VIII was not all bad and that he tried to be a good King and leader of the country. We gave our answers to the teacher on the screen through the microphone and also had a chat box to write to her and ask questions.
